How TalentForge uses Google data
When a profile owner connects a Google account, TalentForge asks for permission to read the account’s Gmail messages, send the replies you write, and view and manage its Google Calendar events. This is used only so the people working on that profile can handle recruiter email and interviews inside TalentForge.
TalentForge’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Read the full Privacy Policy.
Connecting Gmail or Outlook is optional and can be revoked at any time.
Email and calendar contents are fetched live and never stored.
OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest; all traffic is HTTPS.
Google data is never sold, used for ads, sent to AI providers, or used to train AI models.
AI features only write resumes, cover letters and form answers from text you provide. TalentForge never creates images or other media.
